2. Eligibility

This Site is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you affirm that you meet this requirement.


3. Services and Membership Access

REMBI provides educational, membership-based, and training services. Some content and resources may only be available to registered members or paid subscribers.

  • REMBI reserves the right to withdraw, update, or modify services at any time without prior notice.
     
  • Cancellation of paid services or membership must be submitted in writing via email to admin@rembi.org. Refunds will be handled based on the stated refund policy for each service or event.
     

4. Financial Transactions

By submitting payment through our website, you authorize REMBI to charge the amount to your chosen payment method.

  • REMBI uses secure third-party platforms for payment processing. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
     
  • All donations and membership dues are final unless otherwise stated. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

All content on the REMBI website—including but not limited to text, images, graphics, videos, courses, documents, and branding—is the property of REMBI or its content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Usage Terms:

Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

At REMBI, we strive to offer high-quality education, training, and member services in alignment with our mission as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and granted for paid services, event registrations, donations, and memberships processed through our website.

By using this website or purchasing any services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered for the following:

  • Membership Fees (Annual or Monthly)
    Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is processed, except in the case of billing errors or system malfunctions.
     
  • Event Registrations
    Refunds for events (virtual or in-person) will only be granted if:
     
    • Cancellation is requested in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
       
    • The event is cancelled or rescheduled by REMBI and the registrant cannot attend the new date.
       
  • Educational Courses & Trainings
    Courses or trainings purchased via REMBI are refundable within 5 business days of purchase, only if the user has not accessed or begun the course. Partial refunds may be considered if a technical issue prevents course access.
     
  • Donations
    Donations are considered final and are not eligible for refund, except in cases of:
     
    • Duplicate transactions
       
    • Billing error (e.g., incorrect amount charged)
       

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact us via email at admin@rembi.org with the following information:

  • Full name and email used for transaction
     
  • Date of transaction
     
  • Description of the service or event purchased
     
  • Reason for requesting refund
     

Refund reviews may take up to 10 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Downloadable materials (e.g., toolkits, presentations, templates)
     
  • Missed events without prior cancellation
     
  • Services that have been rendered or accessed
     
  • Technical issues not caused by REMBI’s systems
     
  • Discounted or promotional purchases unless otherwise stated
     

5. Force Majeure and Event Cancellations

If an event, program, or training is cancelled due to a cause beyond REMBI’s control (including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or emergency mandates), registrants may receive:

  • A full refund, or
     
  • A credit toward a future REMBI event or course
     

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe your refund request was unfairly denied, you may submit an appeal in writing to the REMBI Board via admin@rembi.org. Appeals are reviewed within 30 days in accordance with the REMBI Constitution and Code of Conduct.


7. Changes to This Policy

REMBI reserves the right to amend this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an effective date. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
